Party Package

- Private Party. All ages are welcome to play with parent supervision
- 15 participant wristbands for access to the gym floor during the party. $15 per additional. Max of 30 people in the building
- Party is 2hrs with the last 25-30 mins in the party room (If not serving food you can use full 2hrs of gym time)
- Social distancing still applies between different households
- Anyone over the age of 10yrs must be wearing a mask when not exercising.
- The Loft Private Party Room – upstairs (Max occupancy upstairs is 24 people. If you have more than that, you may utilize the waiting area as well.)
- 4 picnic tables
- 4 tablecloths, up to 24 place settings (plates, sporks, napkins)
- Tables will be set prior to arrival and clean up is included.
- Ninja Coach will facilitate Timed Course Runs (timer, buzzer, lights)
- *Note: ALL guests who will be entering the building must have a signed waiver. To control occupancy, there will be no early entry and everyone will need to exit on time.*
The Qualifier – Currently Unavailable

- The Qualifier Party Room – downstairs (2 hrs)

- 3 tablecloths, up to 24 place settings (plates, sporks, napkins)

Run of the House – Currently Unavailable
- Rent the whole facility for your private use (*Room subject to availability)
- 20 participant wristbands for access to gym floor during party. $10 per additional.
- The Loft Private Party Room
- 4 picnic tables
- 4 tablecloths, up to 30 place settings (plates, sporks, & napkins)
- 1 Ninja Coach on gym floor
- Timed course runs
- View of gym floor and a private activity wall
- *Note: ALL guests who will be attending must sign a waiver*
Party Schedule:
- To control Occupancy, there will be no early entry and everyone will need to exit the building on time.
- NinjaCity parties are 2 hours in length.
- The participants will have access to all obstacles on the gym floor. If the Birthday Child wishes, the NinjaCity party coach will also facilitate timed course races. These are always a HUGE hit!
- The last 30 minutes will be in the private party room for food, cake, gifts, etc. Snacks/food/cake may only be served in the last 30 minutes of party and must remain in the party room. Once food is served, the guests may not return to the gym floor. This helps prevent illness and keeps our equipment clean. Thank You!
- After the party room, the guests depart the facility.
Booking Your Party
NinjaCity
Each participant must wear athletic shoes (closed-toed). All guests, whether participating or not, must have a signed waiver on file. www.smartwaiver.com/v/theninjacity
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at booking to reserve your date and time. Final payment can be made online or at NinjaCity at the time of the party. You can reschedule your party at any time without losing your deposit.
You are allowed to bring food (pizza, cake) and drinks, but we ask that all food/drinks stay inside the party room at all times and food is served the last 30mins. Balloons are also welcome in the party room. No wall hanging decorations are permitted.
Note: No alcohol is allowed on location.
Requirements for The Qualifier & The Loft Party Rooms:

- All guests must wear athletic shoes
- All guests, whether participating or not, must have a signed waiver on file. Here is the online link to do so: www.smartwaiver.com/v/theninjacitiy. Please share this link with party guests and encourage them to complete it online for their entire family to save time upon arrival or if they plan to carpool.
- Anyone over the age of 10yrs must be wearing a mask while not exercising
- Social distancing should be practiced
- Parents of Birthday Child may be on the gym floor to take photos and be up close to see the fun! However, we ask all other parents and non-participants to stay in the party room or waiting area.
- Max building capacity is 30 people. Max Upstairs (Loft) capacity is 20, the waiting room may be used for more room if needed.
- You may bring food, cake, and drinks. ALL food must only be served in the last 30 minutes of the party in the party room. We recommend lots of water bottles – ninjas need to stay hydrated! If ordering pizza, please set the delivery time 45 minutes before the end of the party to ensure it arrives for the last 25-30 minutes in the party room.
